Becoming a yoga teacher in Spain
Most of our students didn’t start practicing yoga because they wanted to become yoga teachers…They were simply looking for an activity that could help them slow down, and reconnect with their body.

But once those drop-in classes became regular practice…Something happened…They fell in love with yoga and eventually a question started appearing in the back of their minds: What if I could share this feeling with other people?
When that little seed starts to grow in our students’ minds, there is usually no way back…It’s the beginning of their journey towards becoming a yoga teacher.
A word of warning for those who decide to join and complete our yoga teacher training…Becoming a yoga instructor is not about learning how to demonstrate yoga poses.
It was about learning how to guide people.
How to listen.
How to adapt.
How to create a safe space.
Plus the special bonus of understanding your own practice on a much deeper level.
Why Become a Yoga Teacher?
There are probably as many reasons to become a yoga teacher as there are yoga teachers.
For some people, teaching yoga is a career change.
For others, it is a way to complement another profession.
Some want to open their own studio, while others dream of teaching retreats, workshops, private classes, or online sessions.
And for some of us, the motivation is much simpler:
Yoga has changed something in our own lives, and we want to share that experience.
That is certainly true for all of the instructors that will guide you through the 200h teacher training.
In addition to all of these professional and vocational reasons, one of the best things about training to become a yoga teacher is that it puts you back into that “beginners mindset” when you are suddenly more open to learning, more curious…
In fact, you will soon discover that, the more you learn, ther more questions you’ll have, the more curious you’ll get. That’s the best attitude when you want to keep it fresh and interesting as a teacher.
