Roberto Flores
Director, Professional Coach and expert in Vinyasa
Roberto Flores is the Director of Lemon School: Yoga Instructor Trainings AYA. He is a certified Yoga Alliance trainer (E -RYT500), and YACEP trainer in Vinyasa Yoga. He is also a personal coach and an expert in leadership.
A practitioner of Hatha Yoga and meditation for more than 20 years, he decided to delve into Yoga at a key moment in his life, undertaking a teacher training and later collaborating in Vinyasa Flow trainings for 5 years in a recognized school based on American yoga.
He completed an advanced training with the Institute of Yoga Studies, studying psychophysical techniques of yoga, reconnecting with the Hatha yoga variant and focusing on biomechanics and yogasana theories. He studied Vinyasa in all its variants, considering master T. Krisnamacharia as the cornerstone. He studied conscious breathing techniques and further deepened his study of the science of pranayama, teaching specific workshops of this discipline. He teaches Vinyasa Flow, Slow Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga. His practice is based on the intelligent activation of the body and conscious movement using the breath as the true motor.
Jacqueline Lozano
Coordinator and expert in Biomechanics
Jacqueline Lozano is the Training Coordinator of Lemon School and a certified Yoga Alliance trainer (E-RYT500). She studied journalism in Nicaragua and was an avid traveler until she landed in Spain, where she has made her home the last five years. Jacqueline has been a Hatha yoga teacher for 9 years; her trajectory began at a young age as she quickly recognized the importance of the practice for both her own physical and emotional health. She worked as a teacher for many years in several Latin American countries with the Institute of Yoga Studies, specializing in anatomy and biomechanics.
Jacqueline believes it is fundamental to develop awareness of body hygiene in everyday life and she transmits this in every class she teaches. She is able to lead the participant to their maximum physical expression, enabling them to find their own meaning for their practice. A practitioner of Hatha, Rocket and Ashtanga yoga, she is a great lover of these disciplines and a student of the Yoga Sutras of PatanJali. She cares about progress and finding purpose in yoga practice, more than the results in and of themselves.
Corrie O'Sullivan
Vinyasa Flow Expert
Corrie O'Sullivan is one of the founders of Lemon Yoga in Seville. She began her fascination with movement at the age of 8, starting out in Taekwondo. She would spend the next 10 years practicing this form of martial arts, earning her black belt, and beginning to teach classes alongside her Sabonim. The body awareness and mental strength generated by this discipline led her to explore other physical expressions and to work in the gym and outdoor sports fields for a long time.
It is of little surprise that before her second decade of life, she discovered yoga. She began training in Vinyasa Yoga between Arizona and California, completing YACEP hours in Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing and was fortunate to expand her knowledge in several different countries and cultures, since, along with her passion for the body, Corrie loves traveling and living among new cultures. At the moment, she is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500) at her yoga center in Seville, Lemon Yoga.

Fatima Cofino
Expert in Yoga History and Philosophy
Fátima Cofiño loves history and has specialized in the origins, philosophy of yoga and its applications to professional and amateur sports life.
It has been more than 24 years since she received her first yoga class. And she didn't like it! But she later decided to give it another chance, because it reminded her of her years of rhythmic gymnastics, compensated for the excesses of running, allowed her to “dance” and particularly brought her back to what was important in her hectic work schedule.
After a personal and professional experience living for a couple years in the Caribbean (where she got to discover other yoga approaches and teaching styles), she decided to pursue further studies and become a Vinyasa instructor in Spain, without at any time thinking of teaching classes. However, after accepting a substitution, she realized that if practicing yoga made her happy, sharing the practice and helping the development of other practitioners made her even happier.
Later she expanded her training with advanced studies at the Institute of Yoga Studies, in several specialized courses at the UNED of Illes Balears, and through workshops with teachers of different disciplines. Today she is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher (E-RYT 500).
She combines her classes with “her other” professional life, which is also linked to her passion for people, the planet and conscious living.

His passions are travel, poetry and cooking.

Alexandra Leal
Expert in Yoga Sutras
Alexandra Leal had her first contact with yoga more than 25 years ago, but it was not until 2017 when she first began as a yoga teacher. Since then she has studied with her mentor Sir Srivatsa Ramaswami: the most senior student of the father of modern yoga, Sri T. Krisnamacharya.
She completed her training in Yoga Vinyasa Krama with Srivatsa Ramaswami, first in Dublin, doing an intensive course in Yoga Vinyasa Krama, and later, receiving the Advanced Teacher Training of the same (100h) in Chennai-India: the place where the great Yoga master Sri T. Krishnamacharya lived and passed away, and where Alexandra still goes to be trained in the philosophy of Yoga through the classical texts.
She continues to learn with her teacher Srivatsa Ramaswami, studying the most important Yoga texts such as Yoga Yajñavalkya, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Yoga Rahasya and the Vinyasa Krama system taught by Sri T. Krishnamacharya.
