Nidra is a technique more than 4000 years old. Its sacred texts were found in excavations in China and handed down for generations in a practical way.

It serves to eliminate physical, mental and emotional tensions, at the same time it works with koshas that are all the layers of the human being, balancing all the subtle energies (Nadis) and chakras.
​
A Yoga Nidra session is equivalent to 4/5 hours of deep and restful sleep.

What is it about?
​
An Integral Yoga Nidra training guided by Albert Colomer, of 12 hours divided between two days, a Saturday and a full Sunday. A formation of direct transmission: Swami Satiananda to Jordi Colomer, and Jordi Colomer to Albert Colomer, you will surely know the practice known as 'Dream Yoga', 'Buddhic Dream' or 'Yogic Dream', since in Sanskrit, nidra means sleep, and yoga means union with the self. Upon completion of the two days, a diploma will be delivered from the trainer who accredits as a Yoga Nidra instructor.
Who is it for?
The Integral Yoga Nidra training is aimed at all yoga practitioners. It will provide the tools and hands-on experience for yoga instructors to confidently teach safe and effective classes. Not a yoga teacher? You will also gain invaluable insight into how to calm your own nervous system and reap the myriad benefits of releasing limiting beliefs stored in your amygdala.
