What is the training about?

This training course will delve into the theoretical foundations of Yin yoga. You'll also get a number of practical resources so you can safely and beneficially teach or practice on your own.

The training is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and is recommended for: yoga teachers who want to add this technique to their classes, yoga practitioners looking for a global vision of the various elements that make up the Yin practice, athletes who want to complement the strength, that their sport already provides them, with flexibility, yogis and yoginis who need a softer or more meditative practice temporarily or permanently.

Upon completion of the Yin Yoga training course:

You will obtain a global theoretical understanding of this practice and you will have acquired a series of practical resources to teach or practice Yin yoga on your own in a safe and beneficial way.

You will receive a certificate of completion of the course endorsed by Yoga Alliance (YACEP or Continuing Education) and by Lemon Yoga Sevilla.
