WHAT CLASS PACKAGES AND PRICES DO YOU OFFER?

We have lots of different pricing options, including monthly packages of 1, 2, or unlimited classes per week, as well as bonos of individual classes (4, 7, 10 classes) which are good for three months. You can find the prices here.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION/MATRICULATION FEE?
​
There is no matriculation fee. You can feel free to take classes for as long as you want, then take a break, and come back at your convenience.
I AM A TOTAL BEGINNER. WHAT CLASSES DO YOU RECOMMEND?
​
If you're new to yoga or even if it's just been a long time since you practiced, it's always a good idea to start with the classes for beginners. Read about them here. Hatha and Hatha-Vinyasa are other classes that are adequate for beginners.
HOW CAN I SIGNUP?
To sign up, just send us an email with your full name indicating that you want to register with us. We will get you set up in our reservation system so that you can begin to reserve the classes that you plan on taking.

DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A PARTICULAR CLASS/TEACHER/HOUR EVERY WEEK?
​
You do not need to commit to only one teacher or class type or specific time each week. We offer complete flexibility in this sense so that you may try different classes, teachers, time tables, etc. You just need to reserve the class beforehand to make sure to secure your spot.

Additionally, if you have purchased a monthly class package, you have to the entire calendar month to make-up missed classes (2 classes per week = 8 classes per month to use at your convenience).
I HAVE ZERO FLEXIBILITY. CAN I DO YOGA?
​
Not only can you, but you SHOULD! One of the 'objectives' of yoga is to condition your body so that you may feel more comfortable in it in your day to day life. This means, through a regular yoga practice, you will gain flexibility and strength-- more than you can imagine right now. Every posture in yoga can be adapted to where your body --and flexibility-- is at this moment. Slow and steady, you'll get there.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
If you have a mat and want to bring it, please do! Otherwise, just comfortable clothes and perhaps some water. We have everything else you ´ll need (including mats, if you don´t have one).

CAN I RECEIVE CLASSES IN YOUR STUDIO VIA A FITNESS APP (GYMPASS, ANDJOY, URBAN SPORTS)?
​
Yes! We collaborate with several fitness organizations, including Gympass/Wellhub, Urban and Andjoy. Send us an email so we can register you in our system, as in addition to reserving through your organization/app, you'll have to reserve the classes through us to secure your spot. Then when you come to class, you´ll check-in through your respective app.
